Montie is a DVD Rom which contains Safetycare's comprehensive library of Occupational Health & Safety Skills Training video programs. One annual fee gives you unlimited use of all of these videos on a computer. This means that once a computer has Montie, you can watch any Safetycare safety training video on that computer, any time you like!

Montie can be used on a single computer or laptop, or a number of computers and laptops, or loaded onto your organisation's server. There are many flexible ways of configuring Montie to perfectly suit your requirements.

• Montie can be used from your laptop
  You can either copy all of the videos onto your hard drive, or you can play them directly from the disc. You now have a portable Health & Safety and Skills Training video library at you fingertips! You can train anywhere, anytime

• Montie can be used from a single computer
  For example, your office PC, where you can use Montie as a research resource. Like the laptop example, you can either load all of the videos onto you hard drive, or you can play them directly from the disc. You could copy Montie onto the PC in your training room. Connect it to a data projector, and you have the entire range of training videos ready to use all the time.

• Montie can be loaded onto several computers
  For example, if you have a number of individual terminals in your training room, you could copy montie onto each of them. Maybe there are a few key personnel within your organisation that would benefit from having Montie on their computer.

• Montie can be loaded onto your server
  This potentially gives any PC within your organisation access to the Montie! We can even set up a nominated person in your organisation as an administrator. So you have control of who has access to the Montie. Even people who are part of your organisation that aren't on site can log in and have access to the entire range of videos!

For each computer requiring Montie access, you will need a licence.

Licence
The first time Montie is loaded onto any computer, the computer must be 'licenced'. Licencing can happen in 2 simple ways
1. By entering a username and password.
2. By IP Recognition.

1. A unique username and password are issued by us and the user enters this information when prompted for the first time only. Montie then issues a licence to the computer. This process is instantaneous.

2. In the case of IP recognition, Montie recognises the computer is within the organisation's 'IP range', issues a licence and the user is able to use Montie instantly. This process is invisible to the user.

Play
From the Montie Main Menu, all a user does is click on the desired category, choose a title, and either read the synopsis or play the video ... easy!
